High Altitude, High Quality

Nearly six days old

Today was an eventful day.  We moved the pups in to the office between my daughters room and our bedroom, to make way for another litter due to arrive in the next 24 hours.  We cannot sleep on the floor of the office, but Jamaica is such a great mom that I don't feel we need to spend the night with her and the pups, sleeping on the couch.  The couch is now ready to sleep on for our next new mom.

Each of the pups got their collars today.  It is SO much easier to categorize pictures when I can easily identify them in the pic.  I had infant collars ready for them, but they are now 50% larger than last week and none of them fit, so we made new ones today.  No stories to really tell right now.  They eat, sleep and squeal.  They love their mom and have a hard time falling asleep without her.  They all nurse and bottle feed wonderfully and are doing so well.  In a couple of days, they will be able to regulate their body temperatures and I won't be quite so worried about room temp.  Right now, it is very warm and sleeping in the same room with them can be stifling.  When mom is with them, we turn down the temp.
