Apple and Know left yesterday, together. Friends purchased them and they drove from Utah to Colorado and made it home today. It is so hard to see them go as each one has such love for humans and I am going to miss their licks, nibbles, and yes, even their alligator teeth.
We switched them to chicken again, with green beans, organic rice, chicken broth and some carrots. They still eat like they are never going to be fed again. I don't remember this as much as in other litters and they are very well fed pups and always have more than enough to eat. Knox and Sky figured out how to get out of the pen and walk around my house when I was gone, so now they will get to show their new tricks to two families. The pen seems so much larger now that there are fewer puppies. Tomorrow is bath time and picture day, as I think I can manage.
